Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing
- Identify and engage qualified local candidates for project coordination and project management roles within the marketing, operations, and technology fields.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent using various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, local networks, etc.).
- Candidate Screening & Selection
- Conduct initial CV/resume reviews to shortlist top candidates.
- Perform phone screenings, virtual or in-person interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide consistent feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Compensation & Offer Management
- Assist in determining candidate rates, compensation packages, and other relevant particulars.
- Negotiate offers to ensure a fair and competitive package that aligns with our organization’s salary structures.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with exposure to project coordination and/or project management roles.
- Local Market Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the Mexican job market, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and maintain clear records in an applicant tracking system or other recruitment tools.
- Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable using recruitment software, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
- Analytical Abilities:
- Proven ability to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to identify the best match for the role.
