Clickup Project Manager (PM) & Platform Expert

We are looking to build small, agile teams for each project consisting of two core roles: a Project Manager (PM) and a Platform Expert specializing in ClickUp. These roles will collaborate to design, build, and implement operational architecture for internal and external clients.

1. Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project scoping and define process architecture.

  • Translate business needs into workflows and scalable project structures.

  • Collaborate closely with Platform Expert to bring the architecture to life.

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and client communications.

  • Coordinate with the ClickUp expert to ensure system optimization.

  • Support migration needs (e.g., from Jira to ClickUp).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and systems thinking.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS tools, particularly ClickUp.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


2. Platform Expert (ClickUp)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and build the architecture designed by the PM in ClickUp.

  • Customize dashboards, automations, and templates.

  • Collaborate with the PM to optimize workflows and user experience.

  • Execute data migration (e.g., from Jira to ClickUp).

  • Ensure best practices and system scalability.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in ClickUp setup, automation, and administration.

  • Strong technical execution skills.

  • Experience working alongside project teams or operations leaders.

  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve platform limitations.
